Refund or cancellation requests

Include the purchaser name, course, purchase date, and a brief explanation. Requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, the terms presented at purchase, course access or usage, and applicable law.

Payment issues

For duplicate charges, failed enrollment, or another payment-related problem, contact IMACIA before initiating a dispute so the issue can be investigated promptly.
